This store is operated by Perla Burgos, a sole proprietor trading as Garden Buddy (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Compare-at prices shown on this site are the combined regular price of the individual items in a bundle. The saving shown is the difference between that and the bundle price.

Payment

We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens. Measurements are the manufacturer’s published figures and may vary slightly.

Where a specification is shown in square brackets, it has not yet been confirmed and we have chosen to say so rather than guess.

Safe use

The Garden Buddy is a kneeler and a seat for garden use by one adult at a time. Do not use it as a step, a ladder or a work platform. Do not stand on it. Do not use it on unstable ground or a slope. Check the frame is fully open and the lock is engaged before putting weight on it. Keep children from playing on it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your conduct

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it, interfere with it, or submit content that is not yours to submit.

Intellectual property

All text, photography and design on this site belongs to us. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
