Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for any reason, and we refund you in full.

It needs to be in the condition it arrived in, minus normal garden dirt. You do not need the original box.

Email us with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label — return shipping is free. Print it, stick it on any box, drop it at the carrier.

Once it reaches us we issue the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank usually posts it 3 to 5 business days after that. You get an email when it goes out.

Arrived damaged or faulty? Send a photo. We ship a replacement at no cost and you keep the broken one — no return needed. Sent the wrong bundle? Same thing, we ship the right one immediately.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch, usually within 1–2 business days of ordering. After that, treat it as a return.

We do not run exchanges as a separate process. Return it for a refund and place a new order — it is faster.
