Every order ships free inside the US. No handling fees, no surcharges at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days — so 3 to 7 business days from order to doorstep. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays and holiday volume can stretch them.

You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it ships. No tracking link after 3 business days? Email us and we will find it.

We ship within the United States only, including PO boxes. We do not ship internationally right now.

If a parcel says delivered and it is not there, wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early — then contact us and we open a claim. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged one.
